Video tutorial playback issues:
If the video tutorial is not playing back correctly, it is likely you will need the appropriate video player installed:
Most of our magazine titles require Flash Player:

Digital Camera magazine requires Quicktime:

Serial number request:
If you have a serial number request for a piece of software, this must be
taken up with the software vendor; Future does not hold any serial numbers.
Defective disc:
If you have a faulty, warped, cracked or unreadable disc please return it to:

This is particularly useful for fault diagnosis, and to ensure similar
issues do not arise in the future. We will send a new one shortly after
receipt of your disc.
Missing disc:
If you have a missing disc, e-mail
support@futurenet.co.uk with
your request. Ensure to include the magazine name and issue number in the
title, a fault description and your postal address in the body of the mail.
Please also provide the magazine bar code number as a proof of purchase.
We will send a new disc shortly.
